Liverpool's Arena & Convention Centre forms part of the new civic facilities which aim to enliven the King's Dock area of the Liverpool waterfront. Purpose-built, flexible, and one of the largest convention centers in the UK, this venue is fitted with state of the art technology and cutting edge design. The main convention hall in this center is a 1,350-seat auditorium. Two rotating drums, each seating 250, form part of this auditorium and may be rotated to provide three separate spaces, each with its own stage. Other facilities include a series of break-out rooms and a large multipurpose space that may be sub-divided for exhibition space. The multipurpose hall allows for a variety of configurations and layouts with the room being divisible into up to six sections. The associated technical infrastructure has been designed to provide maximum flexibility for the in-house events and touring and temporary events/exhibitions.
