The Schuster Performing Arts Center is part of a major mixed-use development by Second and Main Ltd. in downtown Dayton. This is a 2,300-seat proscenium theatre, fully equipped and capable of hosting large-scale touring shows. The forestage extends into the house forming a large concert platform where the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra will perform. This forestage can be removed and an orchestra pit created in its place.
