This project renovated and converted the 2,776-seat Paramount Theatre, a 1929 Rapp and Rapp movie palace, into the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Two new halls, the Newmark and Winningstad Theatres, were created. In 2005 TPC and BOORA Architects conducted a new study for the renovation and expansion of Schnitzer Hall and support facilities. This expansion project is currently awaiting funding.
