This new 183,000 square foot center will combine the Dorothy Thomasson Estes Center for Theatre and Dance and a Center for Music Performance. The split level connecting lobby allows entering audiences to be aware of all the performance spaces in this multi-level building. The center includes a 600-seat concert hall, 450-seat proscenium theatre, 200-seat dance theatre, 200-seat recital hall, 150-seat studio theatre, offices, studios, support spaces, and rehearsal spaces.
