The innovative flexibility and full stage house at this busy multipurpose auditorium provide rapid turnaround for touring shows and local programming. The room can host multiple audience sizes due to unique moving sidewalls, which reduce the size of the auditorium and number of seats while maintaining the same level of intimacy.

The auditorium easily adjusts to accommodate between 3,000 and 10,000 audience members. The flexibility is due in part to the motorized balcony seating towers, a project highlight. The seating towers track into the auditorium, adjusting the fan shape of the theatre from 100 degrees to 80 degrees. The venue accommodates both large touring concerts as well as smaller-scale productions, such as children's theatre and dance performances.
