Collin County Center for the Arts

This 135,000 square foot center is located on a 124-acre arts park. The center features a 2,100-seat multipurpose theatre, an 800-seat drama theatre, and an amphitheatre. Additional spaces include classrooms, rehearsal spaces, an arts gallery, cafes, and community spaces. The main hall accommodates both amplified and unamplified music. It is a joint project of the cities of Allen, Frisco, and Plano.

Preliminary development including feasibility study, needs assessment, masterplan, business plan, site selection, and architect selection, programming, concept design, theatre planning and theatre equipment design and specification
