Cannes Festival & Congress Palace

The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is best known as the venue for the annual Cannes Film Festival, one of the world's oldest and most prestigious film festivals. As part of a major modernization programme, the Grand Auditorium will be re-imagined to include extra seats and upgraded equipment to meet modern standards. The refurbishment of the venue will take place between June 2011 and May 2012, ensuring that the Film Festival is not interrupted by the redevelopment works.
