Michael is a project manager overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects along with members of the design team and technical production departments. He initially joined us as a lighting and performance equipment specialist in 1998. Before long, he was working as a production coordinator and eventually became a project manager.

Before joining us, Michael was the lighting director and assistant production manager for the San Jose Repertory Theatre. He was the Rep’s assistant project manager during the construction of their new theatre designed by Theatre Projects. Since the mid 1980s, he has worked in over 100 theatrical venues including theatre, dance, performance art, circus, and live musical concerts. Michael also enjoys an extensive production collaboration with musician/producer/author Stephen Wade, and serves as the lighting director for Jose Taiko.

Michael received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Conservatory of Theatre Arts, Webster University and a Certificate from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts. He is a member of the American Society of Theatre Consultants and is a Construction Specifications Institute Certified Documents Technologist.
