Benton Delinger
Director
Connecticut office

Benton is a director in our US office. He specializes in programming, theatre planning, and the complex nature of the construction of theatre buildings. He provides both project management guidance and technical expertise for each of his projects.

Benton has worked with many of our clients since joining us in 1998. His list of projects is diverse - ranging from large-scale concert halls to small regional arts centers. Before joining us, he spent eight years as the production manager for the San Jose Repertory Theatre. While at the San Jose Rep, he collaborated with Theatre Projects as the Rep's project manager during the design and construction of their new facility. Benton offers a unique perspective by drawing on his experience as a former client.

Benton received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre management from Webster University. He became a principal at Theatre Projects in 2006. He serves as a board member of the Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield, CT. As chairman of the building committee for the Playhouse, he was instrumental in the renovation and transformation of a disused high school theatre space into a community arts center.
