Dawn Chiang Saluted in Stage Directions Magazine

Dawn Chiang, a lighting designer and an associate of Theatre Projects Consultants, is featured in the March 2005 edition of Stage Directions magazine. The article honors five professional women in theatre in celebration of Women's History Month.

Dawn's Broadway lighting design credits include Zoot Suit and Tango Pasion (co-designed with Richard Pilbrow). Her credits also include working with the Manhattan Theatre Club, Roundabout Theatre, Guthrie Theatre, South Coast Repertory, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Denver Center Theatre Company, and New York City Opera, among others.

For her work in lighting design, Dawn has earned two Drama-Logue awards in Southern California, and nominations for an American Theatre Wing Award and the Los Angeles Drama Critics Award.

Also honored in the tribute are Daryl Roth, producer; Shannon Zura, lighting and sound designer; Martha Kulig, stage manager, and Christine Smith-McNamara, costume shop manager and designer.
